About the Role The role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in information security and identity management. You will be responsible for optimizing system performance, ensuring security, and supporting the development of security awareness training materials. Responsibilities Experienced in Symantec Endpoint protection, Cortex XDR, EDR. Monitors systems activities and fine-tunes system parameters and configuration to optimize performance and ensure security of systems. Install and test new hardware and software releases. Evaluate and install patches (on devices in scope), perform system upgrades and resolve security issues. Action on advisories. Strong background in supporting the development of information security awareness training materials. Ability to ensure the adoption and governance of standard operating procedures. Perform assessments and make recommendations to improve security tools operations and performance with developed quarterly status reports. Perform lifecycle maintenance of security tools and stay up to date on new features and enhancements in coming releases. Develop reports and alerting within the security tools to ensure agent coverage. Review endpoint policies for effectiveness at mitigating current threats. Provide technical expertise/support for health assessment on the products in scope & implementing health assessment recommendations. Support audit and assessment processes for IT including ISMS audit, IT general controls review, and any other audits or assessments of security and general IT controls. Develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot policies and rule sets. Create an exceptional end-user identity experience across the organization by integrating systems, applications, services, and platforms with the Identity solution. Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management. Creating and fine-tuning Rules, Solutions/Device Configurations. In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and expertise in networking firewall concepts and configuration. Good knowledge of continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of information security concepts, OWASP web application vulnerabilities, and web-based attacks. Remediation of VA & Application Security Testing (e.g. Appscan) fail points on application & database servers. Providing monthly reports on incidents, escalated incidents, RBAC, age analysis of pending incidents, dormant accounts, vulnerabilities, etc. Performing full backup & incremental backup on a regular basis. Performing security solution DR Drill activities like Failover & Fall-back. Qualifications Minimum 7 years relevant experience with BCA/BSc-IT or 5 years relevant experience with B.E/B.Tech/MCA qualification. Required Skills CEH/ CHFI/ GSEC/ GMON/ ITIL certification. As a Microsoft Defender-XDR Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for seamlessly onboarding new clients or systems to the XDR platform. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, which includes pre-installation checks, post-installation verification, and ongoing support. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing the onboarding process, developing and maintaining onboarding checklists and documentation, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure necessary prerequisites are met, performing pre-installation checks, assisting with system configuration, and verifying the correct setup of software and configurations. Additionally, you will be involved in configuring XDR policies and rules, ensuring the platform correctly detects events and alerts, conducting post-installation verification tests, confirming the proper generation of alerts and notifications, providing continuous support and communication to clients, addressing client questions and concerns, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining onboarding documentation, contributing to the development of a knowledge base for XDR onboarding, delivering training to internal teams and clients on the usage of the XDR platform, and staying informed about the latest XDR features and functionalities. Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing network infrastructure, with hands-on experience in Fortigate Firewalls, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Cortex XDR, and other key security products. The Network Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our network infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and performs optimally, also involve managing network switching and routing systems, working with Cisco and Ruckus products, administering Wi-Fi access points. Administer and manage Fortigate Firewalls , Palo Alto Prisma Access , and Cortex XDR . Configure and maintain security policies, monitoring, and troubleshooting security issues. Implement network security measures, including intrusion prevention, VPN/ZTNA, and data encryption. Work on Cisco and Ruckus network switching and routing products. Manage LAN/WAN configuration, network segmentation, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to connectivity and performance. Manage and maintain Wi-Fi access points and ensure network availability and security. Configure and administer RADIUS servers for authentication, authorization, and accounting of network users. Monitor network usage, performance, and provide troubleshooting for connectivity problems. Develop, implement, and enforce network and security policies across the organization. Perform regular audits of network traffic, system performance, and security breaches. Create and maintain detailed network diagrams and documentation. Basic server administration and support experience in managing operating systems, virtual environments, and storage solutions.
