Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Ensure compliance with CORSIA (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation) and other applicable environmental regulations. Monitor and analyze carbon emissions, fuel consumption, and offsetting requirements as per ICAO guidelines. Prepare, maintain, and submit emissions monitoring plans, reports, and offset compliance documentation. Act as a liaison with DGCA, EU, IATA, and other regulatory authorities for environmental compliance and reporting. Coordinate with Flight Operations, Engineering, and Fuel Efficiency teams to implement sustainable aviation practices. Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to CORSIA and other aviation environmental standards. Maintain and regularly update environmental records, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory submissions. Support and deliver training sessions for internal teams on environmental policies, CORSIA requirements, and carbon management strategies. Skill Set Required: Strong data analysis and report preparation skills (MS Office, Excel, and relevant reporting tools). High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage regulatory submissions and audits effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience. Bachelors or Master’s degree in: Environmental Science Aviation Management Engineering (Aerospace, Environmental) or a related field.
