As a Billing Supervisor at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining client billing processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the month-end close process, reviewing various monthly reports, and ensuring that Corrigo billing rates are accurate. Additionally, you will be involved in interpreting contract language, facilitating client onboarding, and providing support to client account teams and finance counterparts. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have at least 4 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Advanced accounting and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Peoplesoft 9.2 and Corrigo billing systems would be advantageous. Effective communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to meeting client needs are key traits we are looking for in potential candidates. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, build strong relationships with business partners, and demonstrate a consistent work ethic.
