Role & responsibilities Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for signs of damage or wear Performing routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical problems Repairing or replacing faulty electrical components Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address cross-functional issues Improving electrical and mechanical safety of equipment Fault finding in Electrical, PLC, SCADA and Profibus control systems Maintenance of instrumentation and installation of all Electrical control equipment when needed Preferred candidate profile Automobile Part Manufacturing:- CNC , VMC , hardening, temporing , broaching, Hobbing, grinding, ETC.

Daily Maintenance and update record, Troubleshooting Electrical & Mechanical issues, Monitor, breakdown & preventive maintenance of all M/C & Material handling Equipment’s, identify & maintain record of spares, Safety Records, Manpower Management, 5S

Key Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC VMC electrical systems, including motors, drives, and controls. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on CNC machines, such as issues with power supplies, electrical wiring, PLCs, control circuits, and sensors. Test and calibrate electrical components to ensure optimal performance. System Installation and Upgrades: Assist in the installation of new electrical systems or components in CNC machines. Upgrade electrical components like controllers, drives, and wiring to enhance machine performance or comply with new industry standards. Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical malfunctions in CNC systems and determine the cause of problems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and machine manuals for troubleshooting purposes. Work with CNC operators and engineers to resolve electrical issues and optimize machine settings. Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor electrical systems and ensure machines are operating within safe parameters. Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and any issues encountered. Prepare maintenance reports and update machine logs with details on electrical system performance.
