Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading electrical BoP/CHP maintenance activities, including systems like RO Plant, Sea Intake, FGD, Hydrogen plant, DM plant, Conveyor belts, Crusher house, and Stacker Reclaimers, to ensure continuous operational reliability. - Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and Standard Maintenance Plans (SMPs) for BoP/CHP and associated areas. - Implementing improvement projects and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. - Overseeing annual overhauling, managing maintenance during outages, troubleshooting equipment failures, and conducting equipment failure analysis. - Monitoring equipment performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and completing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in a timely manner. - Managing the condition and availability of all BoP/CHP equipment, inventory management, spares development, and testing of electrical equipment. - Implementing IMS, AWMS, DISHA, ABEM, and CHETNA guidelines, maintaining compliance with legal and statutory requirements, and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment. - Executing comprehensive digitalization strategies, implementing process and system improvements, and monitoring data from digital systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Key Qualifications and Experience: - Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Work Experience: 11+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within power plants or heavy industries, preferably with experience in the power generation industry, specifically with BoP/CHP operations.
