Responsible for Statutory License handling - like Factory License, PESO, PCB, Fire NOC etc (New applications or Renewal) by meeting the Legal & Statutory requirements by coordinating with the HR department. Vendor Management: Developing new Vendors by cost, Quality & Capacity analysis. Procurement of raw materials like calcium carbide, specialty gases raw materials & trading products & cryogenic liquids for plant production activities & its safe storage. Procurement of maintenance spares for plant operations and customer installation maintenance New Vendor development & reduction of store inventory costs. Responsible for developing new Vendors by cost, Quality, and capacity analysis. Overall: Overall accountable for profit & Loss of the Factory. Responsible for running the Plant in most profitable manner with minimum resources. Advising the Management on all Technical-related aspects regarding new projects. Budgeting & ensuring to achieve for all capital and revenue expenditures for Plant Operations and new Projects. Smooth running of all plant operations and all bottlenecks related to plant operations. Handling of all worker related issues. Handling of all project related to plant development and at customer premises Preparation and implementation of SOP's of all plant operations. Attending Customer complaints, doing an inhouse analysis and rectifying the process for avoidance of the mistake. Crucial coordinator between distribution and sales. Accountable for meeting Sales demand by ensuring productivity targets & distribution happen as per plan in Daily, weekly, Monthly, and yearly volume and reporting the same to Regional Head.
