Role Overview : The Manager/Sr. Manager Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and engineering operations across our restaurant outlets and facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role will be based out of our Corporate Office in Andheri West and will involve regular travel within Mumbai and to other cities for site audits, new openings, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities : Plan, implement, and manage preventive and reactive maintenance schedules across multiple outlets. Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, DG, and utility-related maintenance. Conduct routine audits of restaurant infrastructure and report on asset conditions. Coordinate with external vendors, AMC providers, and local authorities for maintenance support and statutory compliance. Liaise with operations, projects, and facility teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. Monitor and control maintenance budgets, spare inventories, and vendor payments. Maintain documentation of breakdown history, AMC schedules, and compliance reports. Support new restaurant launches with technical inputs and readiness inspections. Ensure adherence to safety standards, hygiene protocols, and statutory requirements (FSSAI, fire NOC, pollution control, etc.). Desired Candidate Profile : Education : Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience : Minimum 7-20 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably with hotel chains, standalone restaurant brands, or facility management firms in the F&B sector . Strong technical knowledge of kitchen and HVAC equipment, DG sets, fire safety systems, and utilities. Proficient in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and multi-location coordination. Preparation of Monthly Presentation for Maintenance., Monthly MIS Presentation Helping meet or exceed production and quality goals while optimizing equipment to reduce waste Inspect, Instruct, Training & development of technicians, engineers for Best Engg practices Proposal Preparation and identification of Projects for Maintenance, Productivity and Energy conservation. Adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participating in the safety program Applying problem solving methods to identify the root cause and eliminate failures Understanding of GMP and Food Safety requirements Able to manage manpower Good knowledge in mechanical & electrical both . Electrical Engineering graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience in maintenance of continuous process Industry, Candidate must have working experience in repair and maintenance of large / medium scale continuous process industries. Role & responsibilities Conduct regular and scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery to avoid breakdowns and improve efficiency Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize production downtime Inspect machines and equipment for wear, defects, or malfunctions. Identify potential issues and address them before they cause significant problems Recommend improvements or upgrades to existing machines or systems to increase productivity, reduce costs, or enhance safety Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational issues with machinery and equipment quickly and efficiently Maintain accurate records of machine repairs, maintenance schedules, parts used, and equipment performance. Work closely with production teams to understand operational needs and provide technical support for machinery-related issues Maintain AMCs of machines & their spare parts Ensure that all machines and equipment comply with safety regulations and environmental standards. Maintain 5s & kaizen at shop floor. Key Skills Required : Should have strong knowledge on Machin maintenance such as CNC, Lathe, Oven etc Should have hands-on experience in handling equipment's such as Hydraulic pallet, EOT crane, Diesel generator, Air compressors etc Should have strong knowledge on electrical & mechanical maintenance. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities to quickly identify issues and implement solutions Effective communication skills to work with team members, report on issues, and collaborate with other departments Should understood the safety protocals.

Establish departmental goals/KPIs and review and evaluate the ongoing performance of direct reports. Report achievement of goals and identify actions needed. Oversee and direct all maintenance processes and operations.
