Define design and develop MDM Data model, business rules, workflows and Data transformation r ules as per business needs. Design and develop ways to ensure master data integrity and data quality in key systems. Design data quality process and to improve data quality through error detection and correction. Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity. Provide daily oversight and support for MDM operations Perform and oversee enhancements and defect fixing in MDM solutions. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide strategic solutions. Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained. Lead testing and validation of MDM solutions. Document technical specifications and processes. Mentor and guide junior team members.
