Job Description

As the Manager, Corporate Technology, your role involves providing technological support for HR and Finance functions. You will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to achieve digital acceleration objectives. This includes ensuring technology delivery aligns with Business and CDT roadmaps, application standards, and methodologies. Collaborating closely with global CDT technology and business leaders, you will work towards enhancing specific delivery capabilities and overseeing technical delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality, scalable, and integrated solutions - Create delivery plans, estimates, proposals, and service delivery SLAs - Engage with product and service vendors to synchronize solution roadmaps - Lead efforts to enhance technology processes and practices - Direct and conduct audit activities to evaluate service operations" effectiveness Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree, relevant certification, or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years of functional experience - Previous experience in managing individual contributors or departments - Proficiency in tools such as Workday, SAP, and/or UKG - Leadership in global project delivery, experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies - Managing within a global workforce In this role, you will also focus on building and fostering a team centered on product-based agile delivery. This will involve recruitment, training, talent retention, and career development within the technology and engineering domain. You will forecast and establish a talent pipeline aligning with the CDT global delivery roadmap, analyzing cost, benefits, risks, and complexity related to technology solutions to provide recommendations meeting or exceeding business requirements while optimizing costs and risks. You are expected to translate company strategy into functional and team goals, monitor progress, and allocate resources effectively. A pivotal aspect of your role will be creating a high-performance culture by setting clear performance objectives, offering feedback, and fostering talent development. Additionally, you will drive team engagement, promote an inclusive work environment, and ensure efficient operations in compliance with regulations and safety standards.,
