You will be joining a team at Made for HR Consulting Firm, specializing in comprehensive HR solutions to enhance workplace efficiency and employee engagement. Your role as a Salesperson will involve targeting potential clients in need of HR and corporate support services, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting service offerings to key decision-makers, understanding client needs and providing customized solutions to meet their business goals, and achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic prospecting and negotiation. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction, staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities, will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR consulting, corporate branding, facility management, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently is important. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
