ROLE INTRODUCTION

This role will include handling annual secretarial compliance functions of all clients under MMC within stipulated deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the Accounts compilation team to collect necessary information for Annual return filing with ACRA.
• Prepare necessary resolutions/declarations for signature of stakeholders for completing the filings within deadlines.
• Handle all correspondences and follow up with clients for signing of required documents for Annual compliances.
• Ensure timely annual statutory filings with ACRA.
• Filling of forms accurately and submit to the filing team to complete the lodgements.
• Addressing auditors’ queries/requests during audit period.
• Raising of service invoices.
• Track, monitor records, update and maintain statutory registers and corporate records required by the Companies’ Act
• Coordination for process of notarisation and legalisation of documents.
• Any ad-hoc duties, as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum B.Com- ICSI (India) qualified with one year experience in corporate secretarial practice.
• Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and familiarity with

Companies Act and regulations of relevant local authorities/bodies.

• Able to work under strict deadlines.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

● Since this is a remote position candidates are expected to possess/have access to the following :

Laptop/Computer i5 or equivalent processor, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or equivalent OS with antivirus software

Internet Speed of minimum 50 mbps or above

Power Supply Uninterrupted
