Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segment.

The role involves regular client visits, presentations, and business development activities in the Gurgaon region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate accounts for MICE and Event services.
• Conduct regular field visits to corporate clients to generate leads and present company offerings.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with decision-makers and corporate stakeholders.
• Meet sales targets through proactive business development and client engagement.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client satisfaction.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Sales (preferably in Travel, MICE, or Events).
• Candidates from other industries with strong corporate sales experience may also be considered.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building corporate relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits.
• Must own a two-wheeler for client visits.
• Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
