As the next Rocket Singh, the "salesman of the year", your role overview will include interacting with potential or existing customers over the phone to present products, address queries, and drive conversions. You will be responsible for maintaining call and sales records, noting feedback to enhance conversion rates, and assisting users in understanding the benefits of choosing Internshala. Your active participation in team meetings to discuss user feedback and brainstorm ideas for product and service optimization will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present products, address queries, and drive conversions. - Maintain records of calls and sales, noting feedback for improving conversion rates and product enhancement. - Assist users in understanding the benefits of choosing Internshala. - Participate in team meetings, discuss user feedback, and brainstorm ideas for product and service optimization. Qualifications Required: - Effective communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive and friendly environment.
