Corporate Sales and Operations Exective

Key responsibilities:

1. Effectively communicate with suppliers to facilitate smooth operations
2. Coordinate with printers, embroidery workers, and other specialized vendors for product customization and sample creation3. Follow up with vendors for prompt sampling, negotiate rates, and ensure timely deliveries4. Assist the sales team in arranging and organizing meetings with prospective clients5. Accompany the sales manager to client meetings and presentations6. Support product customization efforts by liaising with suppliers and vendors as necessary7. Follow up with customers for timely payments and ensure collections are made promptly8. Prepare quotations for clients and assist in generating Proforma invoices and purchase orders
