Role & responsibilities Be a part of the team working on producing PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel templates for our global client. Work on creating high quality presentation templates from scratch Create slides based on handwritten/scribbled, scanned and PDF documents, applying creativity and imagination Format raw presentations as per standard client templates Independently deliver projects end to end, with least or no handholding by the supervisors Maintain a self-quality control checklist of work done and produce error free output Knowledge of additional areas such as CorelDraw, InDesign would be desirable but not a must To produce quality documents efficiently and effectively as a team member working within the client operations Preferred candidate profile • 1.5 years of relevant experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) • Should be comfortable working in rotating shifts (in IST) 7 AM to 4 PM / 1 PM to 10 PM / 7 PM to 4 AM / 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM • Willingness to work on rotating shifts (including weekend shifts)

What will you do Corporate Communications Designer will specialize in presentation design which is crucial for effectively communicating a company's message and brand to both internal and external audiences. They play a vital role in shaping how a company is perceived and in achieving its communication objectives. Job responsibilities: Visual Storytelling: Developing a narrative for presentations and translating complex information, data, and ideas into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides. Presentation Design & Development: Creating professional, on-brand presentations using various software, including PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, etc. Data Visualization: Developing charts, graphs, infographics, and other visual aids to simplify and communicate data effectively. Content Collaboration & Refinement: Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), marketing, sales, and executive teams to understand objectives, gather content, and refine the presentation narrative. Branding and Design: Ensuring all presentations align with the company's brand guidelines, including color palettes, fonts, and imagery. Technical Proficiency: Mastering presentation software like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides, and potentially AI-powered design tools. Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver presentations on time. Information Design: Structuring information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, ensuring the audience can easily understand the message. What are we looking for: Strong Presentation Design Skills: Expertise in visual communication, layout, typography, and information design. (Examples of presentation design include Corporate/sales/event presentations, Investor pitch decks etc.) Proficiency in Presentation Software: Mastery of tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Graphic Design Expertise: A keen eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling. Should be proficient with tools like Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop and Figma. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in teams and with clients. Project Management: Managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Education or Experience: A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field, or relevant experience in a similar role.
