Title/Designation: Senior Consultant / Associate Manager - Corporate Communications Overview Corporate Communications plays an important role in communicating the brand message, corporate news, and other information to the various internal and external stakeholders. In this role, the person will have to craft compelling brand stories, engage with employees and prospective talent and foster an inspiring company culture that resonates internally and externally. The role requires the person to create and disseminate compelling stories and narratives that reflect our brand values, ethos and strengths. Job Description Conceptualize, plan, manage, execute and track corporate communications programs, events and campaigns targeted at employees, prospective talent, and other stakeholders Responsible for writing creative and compelling messaging and content that aligns with and reinforce our brand positioning and messaging among employees and other stakeholders Plan, manage and execute various employee/employer branding events and campaigns like Townhalls, Annual Day celebrations, campus reach events, etc. Manage employer branding across various social media platforms to enhance visibility and perception of our company as an employer of choice. Coordinate and collaborate with various internal stakeholders including HR, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Administration etc. in planning and executing successful events and campaigns including newsletters, mailers, intranet, social media, internal events, etc. Develops and implements appropriate internal communication process, and standards to ensure high-quality communication standards Regularly monitor/report the performance of the various programs, events and campaigns and take corrective action to improve quality, outcomes and impact Should be flexible to take on additional roles and responsibilities across the marketing/corporate communications spectrum and other areas Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, trends and standards in Corporate Communications Requirements Graduate or post graduate in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing or similar discipline About 8- 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications covering managing internal/external communication programs, events and campaigns across various online/offline channels Experience in handling employee communications and engagements Excellent English writing and speaking skills With abundance of initiative and enthusiasm, the candidate brings an ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple campaigns/tasks at any given time, often with tight completion schedules Strong analytical and reasoning skills Strong team work ethics and ability to work in team environment is an important requirement

Manage all indirect tax compliance obligations and filing requirements for the group including handling of any audits, enquiries, and foreign VAT refund claims. Provide indirect tax advice in relation to global projects including e-invoicing, business restructuring and day to day operations. Build and maintain the indirect tax control framework for the group, ensuring indirect tax processes are working effectively, and implementing solutions where appropriate. Identification and implementation of indirect opportunities and process improvements, in line with regional strategies and the commercial objectives of the Company. Support the accounting and audit process regarding indirect tax liabilities/receivables for the group. Supervise 3 Tax Accountants assisting with indirect tax compliance and work with the LATAM Tax manager on global indirect processes and projects. Support other adhoc tax projects as needed including due diligence activities for MA and new territory registrations. Ensure adherence to the internal control requirements of the group. About You Qualified CTA with significant UK indirect tax experience gained with a leading accountancy firm and/or an in-house multinational tax team. Initiative-taking individual with appetite for working in a fast-paced and commercially oriented business. Organised and methodical individual, with the ability to plan and organise work effectively, delivering to deadlines. Excellent communicator, both verbally and written, adopting the most appropriate medium for the situation. Analytical, innovative, with good research and critical thinking skills. Ideally you will have experience of multiple country VAT regimes and enhancing ERP systems and processes for tax reporting and compliance.

Qualifications: CA Qualified About the Role The position shall be responsible for timely and accurate direct tax compliance, international tax compliances, and M&A taxation. The position will also play an integral role in strengthening the accounting foundation for the group and will report directly to the finance head of Aeries. This role is a critical and strategic role and is instrumental to the Company s success. Key Responsibilities To review all the Tax returns along with the underlying working and ensure the accurate filing of the tax returns such as TDS returns, Income tax returns, Transfer pricing returns, etc with the help of tax consultants Responsible for the timely completion of tax audits & transfer pricing audits and liaising with the auditors Review of Indirect taxation and guiding team on indirect tax matters. Adherence to compliance timelines for Direct taxes, Indirect taxes, international taxation and other corporate compliances like FEMA, RBI of group entities. Review of tax & regulatory advisory on M&A transaction, good knowledge of corporate tax regulations relating to M&A, FEMA, SEBI Review corporate tax assessments and support in tax litigations Accounting of various corporate entities in compliance with US GAAP, workings on Quarter end & Current Tax working as per US GAAP Critical requirements for the role (Must-Haves) Qualified Chartered Accountant 5+ years of post-qualification experience corporate Tax function Preferred requirements (Nice to Haves) Experience in a Big Four CA firm / public limited company Experience working in global organizations would be strongly preferred Previous experience in high growth environments would be strongly preferred Familiarity with ERP Candidate attributes (Culture Fit) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team management Displays flexibility and ability to learn
