The Senior Business Development Manager position at Anudip Foundation requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in driving the growth of corporate training programs. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with corporate clients. This includes offering customized skill-building solutions in various domains such as Sales Pitching, Customer Service Excellence, and Generative AI for Frontline Executives, as well as mid to senior level leadership development programs. Your role will involve selling corporate training solutions, understanding corporate learning needs, and effectively representing Anudip Foundation's mission and value proposition. Your key responsibilities will include strategic business development, client relationship management, solution design & pitching, market intelligence & positioning, as well as sales operations & reporting. You will need to strategically identify and research potential corporate clients, develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, design tailored training solutions, stay updated on industry trends, manage the sales cycle, and maintain detailed records of sales activities. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications are considered a plus. You should have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development or sales, with a focus on selling corporate training programs, learning & development solutions, or HR services to B2B clients. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, working with large corporate accounts, and navigating complex sales cycles is essential. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of corporate learning and development, strong communication abilities, strategic thinking capabilities, relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
