Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage all corporate insurance policies, including renewals, cancellations, amendments, and periodic policy reviews.
Oversee the companys comprehensive insurance portfolio and ensure adequate coverage for diverse risks.
Formulate and implement effective insurance strategies to safeguard the organization against potential exposures.
Lead end-to-end insurance claims management, including timely document submission, settlement follow-up, and process digitalization to enhance efficiency.
Develop streamlined claim resolution processes, resulting in faster and more effective settlements.
Coordinate and collaborate with brokers and top insurers to obtain quotes, negotiate favourable terms, and secure optimal coverage and value.
Review and analyse insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy and compliance with organizational requirements.
Monitor insurance costs and budgets, ensuring cost-effective risk coverage.
Prepare policy documents, endorsements, and all related insurance documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate records of policies, premiums, and claim settlements while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and team members on insurance procedures and claims-related processes

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in corporate insurance or related field (broking).
B.Com degree required; M.Com preferred.
Strong understanding of insurance documentation processes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
