Corporate Action Specialist Officer

As an Officer, Reference Data Services Analyst 2 at Citi, your role involves day-to-day oversight and contribution to the creation and maintenance of corporate action, security, and pricing data within multiple systems across various teams. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements in data quality and client service levels. Additionally, you will act as a backup for the manager, provide direction and guidance to the team, evaluate performance, make recommendations, and identify training requirements. Your responsibilities also include managing and delivering project initiatives successfully and supervising junior staff to ensure the completion of their tasks contributing to the projects.
