Job Description: Senior SDR (Appointment Setting) Process Builder (35 yrs) About the role- Own outbound pipeline, build and institutionalize the appointment-setting SOP (scripts, cadences, QA), and deliver qualified meetings for our AEs. Responsibilities: ? Build target lists and segments; enrich data via tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Lusha). ? Run multi-channel cadences (calls, email, social); 6080 effective dials/day equivalent. ? Qualify using BANT/GPCT; book meetings and handoff with crisp notes in CRM. ? Create and evolve SOPs: call guides, objection handling, email frameworks, QA checklist. ? A/B test messaging, subject lines, call blocks; report weekly on inputs ? outputs. ? Keep CRM immaculate (stages, tasks, dispositions, next steps). ? Partner with founders/AEs on feedback loop to tighten ICP and value props. ? Coach junior callers (as we scale) on tone, compliance, and productivity. KPIs: ? Activities: 500-600 touches, 600800 dials. ? Connection rate, meeting-set rate, show rate, SQL rate. ? Booked meetings: 1220; SQLs: 610 (tune to ACV and list quality). ? Data QA error rate 98%. Requirements: ? 35 yrs in B2B appointment setting at an agency or sales-outsourcing firm. ? Proven US/EU calling; WPM & call-recording samples preferred. ? Fluency with HubSpot/Salesforce + dialer (e.g., Aircall, RingCentral) + outreach tool (Apollo/Outreach/Lemlist). ? Process thinker; comfortable writing SOPs and training others. Role Design: Must-haves: 35 yrs B2B outbound, agency background (appointment setting), US/EU calling comfort, SOP creation/documentation, multi-channel outreach (phone + email + LinkedIn), CRM hygiene (HubSpot/SFDC).
