As an Interface Developer in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for developing interfaces using Orion Health Rhapsody (5.X/6.X) and CorePoint. The role requires Rhapsody Associate Certification, with Rhapsody Professional Certification being preferred. Your experience should include developing HL7 2.X interfaces such as ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU, MDM, and DFT, with certification in this area also being preferred. You will be expected to work on developing JDBC interfaces, as well as having experience with XDR Provide-and-Register and XDS.b interfaces for HIE interfacing. Collaboration with teammates in the SDLC process, providing feedback, coding, and performing unit and integration testing are essential aspects of this role. Proficiency in a scripting language (SQL, Perl, PHP, TCL, etc.) and/or other software development languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, C# is required. Epic Bridges Certification would be considered a plus. You should be proficient in HL7, x12, XML, and other EDI standards, as well as in FTP, File listening, MLLP, and Web services communication protocols.
