Your ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a collaborative environment will be crucial for success. To be successful in this position, you should be a graduate from a jewellery design school with 4-10 years of prior experience in jewellery designing. You should have a knack for creativity and innovation in your designs, as well as possess strong teamwork skills. Knowledge of foreign markets such as Japan, Gulf, etc., will be an added advantage in this role.
