The responsibilities for this position include exploring and conceptualizing design options and solutions. You will be involved in design and layout tasks such as initial handwork, scribbles, design balancing, key subject highlighting, and color planning. Additionally, your role will include typography tasks such as font selection, size selection, and text layout. You should have knowledge of visual communications, letterforms, art materials, drawing, and fabrication techniques. Organizing and maintaining files or designs will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work with photographers to ensure appropriate photos/images are taken. At times, you may be required to manage certain client projects independently. Attention to detail is crucial to deliver a perfect final output in the form of print-ready artwork or web jpegs. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in fine arts/Graphic Design from a leading Commercial Arts/Fine Arts Institute. A good artistic sense and a keen interest in design and layout are essential. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required. Additional knowledge of CorelDraw and Corel Painter would be beneficial. Experience in working on print projects (brochures, calendars, reports, mailers, etc.) and web projects (websites, banners, etc.) is preferred. The ability to work on multiple projects, remain flexible through revisions, and maintain attention to detail is necessary for this role.,
