You will lead design projects from concept to completion, support event branding, and collaborate closely with the marketing and events team to ensure consistent visual communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of all brand visuals, including event creatives, digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, hoardings, invites, brochures, look books, and signage. Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all communication channels. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm creative campaigns and visual storytelling strategies for exhibitions and designer showcases. Design layouts for promotional emailers, web banners, landing pages, and press kits. Oversee photoshoots, coordinate with photographers, and assist with styling or layout direction when needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and tight deadlines, particularly around exhibition schedules. Supervise and mentor junior designers or freelancers, providing feedback and quality control.
