As a team member in the Product Department of our company, you will be responsible for following up with Sales personnel to ensure that all requirements are met until the commercial order is received. Your role will also involve managing the Product Department and providing leadership and supervision to a team of designers. Candidates applying for this position must have prior experience in the Jewellery sector. You will be required to coordinate with clients through emails or telephone communications, demonstrating a strong sense of integrity and honesty in all interactions. Having knowledge of design tools such as Corel Cad will be an added advantage for this role. The salary for this position ranges from 30,000.00 to 40,000.00 (CTC) per month, and the work schedule is during the day shift on a full-time basis. In addition to the competitive salary, the benefits package includes leave encashment, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is primarily during the day shift with availability required on weekends. Candidates with a Master's degree will be preferred for this position, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Merchandising is preferred. Proficiency in English language is also preferred for effective communication in the role. The work location for this position is in-person, providing you with the opportunity to be actively involved in the operations of the Product Department and interact with clients and team members directly.,
