Core Telephony Developer

You have an exciting opportunity as a Core Telephony Dev with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in CRM Systems, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), and VoIP Solutions. Your expected start date is immediate and the location is Pune, with the initial 2 months of work from home and later at Baner, Pune. Your work timings are from 10 AM to 7 PM (IST), extendable to 10 PM whenever required. As a Core Telephony Dev, your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance real-time communication systems using FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, RTP Engine Module(s), and APIs. - Owning the core signaling, media handling, and session control layers that power global voice services. - Optimizing performance, call quality, and security across both cloud and datacenter deployments. - Collaborating with Site Reliability Engineer(s) and Product teams to ensure reliability, observability, and feature velocity in carrier-grade environments. In terms of technical skills, you must have proficiency in SIP, FreeSWITCH, and Node.js. Hands-on experience with Kamailio and RTP Engine Module(s) is also a must.
