As a Core Telephony Dev with 5-8 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance real-time communication systems using technologies like FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, RTP Engine Module(s), and APIs. Your key responsibilities will include owning the core signaling, media handling, and session control layers that power global voice services, optimizing performance, call quality, and security across cloud and datacenter deployments, and collaborating with Site Reliability Engineers and Product teams to ensure reliability, observability, and feature velocity in carrier-grade environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance real-time communication systems using FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, RTP Engine Module(s), and APIs. - Own up the core signaling, media handling, and session control layers that power global voice services. - Optimize performance, call quality, and security across both cloud and datacenter deployments. - Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineer(s) and Product teams to ensure reliability, observability, and feature velocity in carrier-grade environments. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in SIP, FreeSWITCH, Node.js - Hands-on experience with Kamailio, RTP Engine Module(s) - Must have a can-do mindset The company expects you to have hands-on experience with CRM Systems, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) / VoIP Solutions. The expected start date for this position is immediate, and it is located in Pune, with the initial 2 months being work from home and later Baner, Pune. The work timings are from 10 AM to 7 PM (IST), extendable to 10 PM whenever required. Please note that the Background Verification will be performed by the Client. In addition to the required technical skills, it will be a nice-to-have if you have hands-on experience with Python and Go.
