You should have core solutioning experience in the Insurance space combined with BPO/BPS Industry experience. Your role will involve actively participating in all RFX processes as a service line expert, contributing to the entire P&C solution development journey. You must possess substantial hands-on experience in a senior-level solutions role and serve as a core solution architect with expertise in designing solutions for RFPs/RFIs and developing proactive solutions and Points of View (POVs) across the insurance value chain. Experience in conceptualizing and developing service or product offerings will be considered advantageous. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting research and engaging with clients using various insurance-related tools to effectively promote Insurance offerings, trends, and opportunities. As part of your responsibilities, you will represent operations by assuming the role of an operations solution architect, overseeing transition, transformation, and validation of commercial models. You will also support Go-to-Market initiatives within the insurance domain by analyzing the industry value chain and identifying business development opportunities. Delivering persuasive solution presentations to both external and internal stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. Moreover, you will be expected to build the practice by incorporating industry best practices and fostering knowledge building while benchmarking organizational capabilities against competitors. The desired candidate should have 15 to 18 years of experience within the insurance domain, with at least 8 years of proven experience in Insurance solutions managing complex RFXs and multi-disciplinary projects. A consultative approach and experience in working with Insurance Carriers/insurers, Brokers, and Agents are essential. It is crucial to demonstrate awareness of the evolving Insurance digital landscape and emerging technological innovations in the industry. You should be a recognized domain expert with extensive exposure to working in solutions and leading end-to-end RFP/RFI response processes for insurance clients. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with internal teams, clients, and executive leadership effectively. Furthermore, you must have the capability to define project scope, manage execution within established timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proven adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced, and continuously evolving team environment is also required. Your role will involve analyzing industry changes to refine offerings and maintain a competitive edge effectively.,
