The role of an Infoscion involves actively supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes contributing to problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. As an Infoscion, you will be responsible for exploring alternative solutions based on thorough research, such as literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations. Additionally, you will be involved in building proof of concepts (POCs). Your duties will also involve creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining processes, and developing detailed functional designs. You will be required to configure solution requirements on products, diagnose any issues, identify root causes, and propose alternative solutions. Furthermore, you will play a role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. In this position, you will work closely with clients to address business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by analyzing and structuring relevant data. It is essential to stay updated on the latest technologies and trends, exhibit logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively. You will need to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions. Moreover, having knowledge of one or two industry domains will be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include proficiency in Technology (specifically Finacle Core, RAS, CASA, TD Advance, Technology Infrastructure, Server Administration, and Active Directory) and additional expertise in Cloud Security (Microsoft Azure - Identity Management, Azure Active Directory).
