You have a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 12 years of experience in developing call center, collaboration, or telephony platforms in either Cloud or On-Premises environments. Your expertise lies in building Bots using the Google Dialog Flow Platform and seamlessly integrating them with Genesys PureCloud or any IVR system. You are well-versed in utilizing Google Dialog Flow and REST API to create efficient Bots. Your role demands proficiency in Google dialog workflows for effective interaction and routing. It is essential that you possess development experience in Java and node.js for seamless integration. You should have hands-on experience in integrating with core platforms to enable self-services in IVR, Bot, etc., by developing REST API's using Node JS. Having knowledge in Contact center technologies, including CRM and WFM, will be an added advantage in excelling in this position. Your familiarity with DevOps deployment pipelines in MS Azure or AWS is crucial for this role. Experience in Agile frameworks, storyboards, and projects will be beneficial for your overall performance. Additionally, having a comprehensive understanding of various components of Google CCAI will further enhance your capabilities in this role.,
