Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Flutter, Kotlin, and React Native. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs promptly. - Implement modern design patterns and architectural principles in application development. - Work with RESTful APIs to connect applications to backend services. - Utilize GIT for version control, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development. - Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Adapt and respond to the dynamic needs of a startup environment, taking on multiple responsibilities as needed. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 4-5 years of experience as an Android Application Developer. - Proficiency in Kotlin with a strong understanding of Android SDK and core frameworks. - Experience with Flutter and React Native for cross-platform mobile development. - Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs. - Proficient in GIT and version control practices. - Experience with performance and memory tuning of Android applications. - Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a startup environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
