As a product engineer in the Mobile development group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and scaling various modules of a mobile app. You are expected to be a research-oriented technology person capable of taking the responsibility to build and release deliveries of the mobile application. Your main responsibilities will include designing and building advanced applications for the IOS Mobile platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, unit-testing code for robustness, continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency, and being responsible for delivery schedules, code reviews, and maintaining quality of code. You will also need to plan and deliver features in good quality and in time. To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in CSE / IT / ECE or M.C.A., with a good academic background and software product development experience. Additionally, you should possess 2+ years of experience in ios/objective C/Swift software development and have published one or more IOS apps in the app store. A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch, experience in working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location, Core Foundation, Core Graphics, and Core Text, as well as experience with third-party libraries and APIs are required. It is essential to have a working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies, along with a solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Good understanding of agile methodologies, iterative development, scrum etc., good communication skills, attitude, and aptitude are also expected. Prior start-up experience is a big plus, and hands-on experience with Cross Platform Frameworks (PhoneGap, IONIC) is an added advantage. Candidates who can join in 30 days will be preferred.
