As a talented and self-driven ReactJS Developer, you will be joining our team on a contract basis for a period of 1 year. You should possess solid hands-on experience in React development, a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, and the ability to create custom solutions using arrays, objects, and strings. Your role will require proficiency in Redux Toolkit, Context API, Tailwind CSS, and experience with at least one UI library such as Material UI, Ant Design, or ShadCN UI. You will focus on building scalable web applications with clean architecture and high performance. Key Responsibilities: - Building modern, responsive web UIs using ReactJS and Tailwind CSS - Implementing efficient state management with Redux Toolkit and Context API - Utilizing UI libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, or ShadCN - Creating performant, reusable components with hooks like useCallback, useMemo, etc. - Writing custom solutions using core JavaScript (arrays, objects, strings) - Applying your understanding of data structures and algorithms to efficiently solve UI and logic problems - Collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers - Ensuring code quality, performance, and best practices across the codebase - Participating in peer reviews and technical discussions Required Skills: - 2-5 years of experience working with ReactJS - Strong grasp of Core CSS and responsive design principles - Deep knowledge of Redux Toolkit and Context API - Experience with Tailwind CSS - Proficiency in at least one UI framework: Material UI, Ant Design, or ShadCN - Hands-on experience with data structures (arrays, objects, strings) and algorithms - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write custom logic - Familiarity with React Hooks: useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, etc. - Proficient with Git and common development workflows Nice to Have: - Experience with React Query, Zustand, or similar libraries - Exposure to Next.js or server-side rendering - Knowledge of testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library - Working knowledge of Angular (useful for hybrid projects) Contract Details: - Type: Full-time, Contract - Duration: 12 months (with possible extension) - Working Hours: Flexible (with overlap during core team hours) Why Join Us - Work on meaningful and scalable projects - Collaborate with a high-performance development team - Remote flexibility with modern tools and workflows - Exposure to real-world performance optimization and architecture,
