Designation : Servicenow Developer 4+ Years Immediate Joiner Location: Bangalore (CV Raman Nagar) - WFO 5 days Must Have Skills: Strong ServiceNow Core Development Skills Experience with custom development, not just ticketing or support. Hands-on with REST integrations, flow designer, and Service Catalogs. Proficient in creating catalog items, approval workflows, and automation. Integration Expertise Ability to integrate ServiceNow with backend platforms (e.g., AWS, storage provisioning). Should be comfortable with integrations with or without ServiceNow spokes. Modules ITSM (strong knowledge and experience). Core CMDB understanding of relationships (e.g., server application business service). CSDM high-level understanding of its framework and architecture. ServiceNow Tools Flow Designer deep understanding of module functionalities. Experience with REST messages and API consumption. Ability to configure out-of-the-box widgets in Service Portal. Basic Asset Management Knowledge Understanding of CI lifecycle, difference between assets and CIs. Soft Skills Ability to work independently as an individual contributor. Strong communication skills expected to directly interface with customers. Must be able to grasp requirements, provide clarifications, and deliver on expectations without detailed design documents.
