A - 1 JOB CONTENT Responsible for arranging patterns and Core boxes for Production and upkeeping of Patterns A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Verifying Correctness of Pattern Layout and Method Layout. Release and Followup of Pattern to Vendors for manufacture and mounting. Estimation of the Pattern Cost and Cosumables, for manufacture, mounting and rectification. Revalidation/Maintenance of Patterns. Inspection and clearance of Patterns at Vendor's End. Proper Storage and Handling of the Patterns & Core Boxes in the Pattern Shop. Issue / receipt of Patterns & Core Box to / From Moulding and Core Shop of both the Units. Ensuring adequate Manning of Pattern Shop. Ensure Housekeeping and safety Work ...
