Role & responsibilities Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications related to internet and mobile banking . Design and execute comprehensive test cases covering functional, regression, UI, and usability testing. Perform testing across platforms: web, Android, and iOS . Validate login/authentication mechanisms, fund transfers, bill payments, transaction history, and user settings. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI. Log and track defects using tools like JIRA , QC/ALM , or Bugzilla . Support UAT and provide production validation post-deployment. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams in Agile /Scrum environments. Prepare and maintain test documentation , reports, and defect logs.
