Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Preparing transfer pricing documentation reports Develop specialized competence and begin to attract recognition within own service line as a technical resource for that specialization. Identification of international transactions, computation of arm's length price, selection of the most appropriate method, documentation and preparation of transfer pricing study reports. Complete Transfer Pricing assignments which include benchmarking studies for various multinational clients. Managing a team of Consultants and Interns who would be working on specific clients related to the industry. Should have worked on large scale and complex Transfer Pricing projects for both Inbound and outbound companies Assisting clients in transfer pricing/supply chain planning Expands opportunities with existing clients, identifies and acts on referrals in relation to the Service Line Conducting economic analysis/ comparability analysis. Should be well versed in using Indian and foreign databases Preparing technical submissions for assessments & appellate level Should be well versed with technical concepts of evolving Transfer Pricing law in India Representing the client's case before the Tax Officer/ Appellate level Well versed with OECD guidelines and UN TP Manual and interpretation of DTAAs Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification A qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent Experience 1-2 years of core transfer pricing experience

The role involves various responsibilities in the field of Production Analysis, Reservoir Engineering Analysis, Technical Assurance and Subsurface Risk Assessment, and Reservoir Surveillance. In Production Analysis, you will be responsible for analyzing well-wise production performance, utilizing simulation software for in-depth studies, conducting nodal analysis studies, identifying potential production issues, and conducting decline analysis and simulation studies to manage production operations effectively. For Reservoir Engineering Analysis, your duties will include reserves estimation and reporting, interpreting well tests, analyzing reservoir performance, preparing EOS Model using specific software, providing support to subsurface studies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, dynamic reservoir modeling, and integrated asset modeling. You will also be involved in Technical Assurance and Subsurface Risk Assessment by reviewing technical studies, validating reservoir modeling inputs, identifying data gaps, quantifying subsurface risks, and recommending risk controls and mitigation measures. Reservoir Surveillance tasks will include planning and supporting reservoir data acquisition, monitoring operations at offshore rigs and onshore sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and mentoring reservoir engineers. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of Reservoir Engineering principles, operational experience in various testing and analysis techniques, familiarity with reservoir simulation and analysis software, and understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering with 12-16 years of experience in reservoir engineering and field development, including specific experience in reservoir simulation and data acquisition. Experience with subsurface activities in producing Deepwater gas/gas condensate fields is preferred.
