Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage stock records, and ensure accurate inventory. Receiving & Dispatching Goods: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, and prepare goods for dispatch. Stock Organization: Organize, label, and store items efficiently and safely in the warehouse or store. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of stock received, issued, and stored. Stock Control: Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages, and initiate purchase requisitions when necessary. Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with recorded balances. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the store or warehouse clean, organized, and safe in accordance with regulations. Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for orders and deliveries.
