Location: LPU Jalandhar (Work from Office) About the role: We are seeking a sharp, creative, and politically aware Social Media Head to drive the digital narrative of a high-impact public personality. This role demands more than content creation — it calls for storytelling, strategy, and a strong grip on the digital political landscape. If you've run social media for political leaders, election campaigns, advocacy drives, or policy influencers, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities: Lead the social media presence of a public figure with vision, consistency, and innovation. Develop engaging, high-impact content strategies across platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). Plan campaigns around public events, speeches, and key national/state milestones. Supervise a team of content creators, editors, and designers. Track engagement analytics, optimize strategy, and maintain digital relevance. Build proactive reputation strategies and manage online sentiment. You Must Have: 5+ years managing social media for political leaders, campaigns, or public figures. Deep understanding of India’s political ecosystem, voter sentiment, and public communication styles. Proven ability to craft compelling narratives around leadership, development, and public welfare. Experience in handling rapid turnarounds, live events, and public commentary. Strong command of tools like Meta Business Suite, TweetDeck, Canva, analytics dashboards, etc. Good to Have: Background in journalism, political science, or digital campaign strategy. Experience with grassroots digital campaigns or working with regional influencers. Creative copywriting skills with a keen eye for tone and messaging. Why Join Us?
