Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CPA, and improve CTR , CPL, and conversion rates. Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to inform paid strategies. Assist in managing retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation strategies. Stay updated on paid media trends, platform changes , and emerging ad opportunities. Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in IT or tech services. Proven success with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) . Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and bidding strategies. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Business Manager, etc. Excellent copywriting skills for ad creatives and landing pages. Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust campaigns accordingly. Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to present campaign reports to stakeholders. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills : Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or Quora Ads . Familiarity with email marketing automation and lead nurturing funnels. Experience in B2B marketing and SaaS product promotion.
