Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media and website content creation and the ability to write engaging and informative copy. The copywriter will be responsible for creating monthly social media calendars, writing copy and captions for social media posts, writing video scripts for short videos and reels, writing LinkedIn posts, and providing creative inputs to the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Magic: Develop captivating monthly social media calendars for diverse clients, spanning platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Copywriting Excellence: Create engaging copy and captions aligned with the social media calendar to captivate the audience and boost engagement.
• Ad Copy Expertise: Create persuasive ad copies for social media advertisements that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions and resonate with target audiences.
• Script Maestro: Craft engaging video scripts for short videos and reels that leave an impact.
• LinkedIn Brilliance: Write thought-provoking LinkedIn posts for clients that help them stand out professionally.
• Creative Collaboration: Provide creative inputs to the design team to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
• Quirky Creativity: Strong imagination and a knack for injecting humor into copywriting. Bring quirky and humorous elements to content creation, ensuring an engaging and memorable brand voice.
• Aspiring Leadership: Show potential and aspiration to grow into a creative head role, driving innovation and creativity within the team.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust copywriting strategies based on what's performing better on social media platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or Communications.
• 2+ years of experience in copywriting. Agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to create engaging content for each platform.
• Excellent writing skills, focusing on clarity, conciseness, and creativity.
• Ability to write in various styles and formats, including social media posts, blog posts, website content, and video scripts.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Work Schedule: 6-day workweek

• Mon to Fri: 10 AM - 7 PM (work from office)
• Sat: 10 AM - 3 PM (work from home)
