As a Meta Ads Scriptwriter, your role is crucial in developing high-performing scripts for Facebook & Instagram ads by leveraging your understanding of direct-response marketing, emotional hooks, and consumer psychology. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing short-form video scripts (20-60 sec) for Meta Ads across various industries such as E-commerce, Skincare, Real Estate, Fashion, Fitness, Healthcare, etc. - Developing TOFU, MOFU & BOFU script variations to align with the funnel strategy. - Collaborating with media buyers & creative strategists to comprehend audience personas, pain points, objections, value propositions, and CTAs. - Creating multiple iterations & hooks to facilitate A/B testing and adapting scripts for different creative formats. - Maintaining brand voice while ensuring ad-platform compliance and analyzing performance feedback to enhance scripts for improved CTR, CPL, and ROAS. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in writing scripts specifically for Facebook & Instagram ads. - Strong grasp of direct response copywriting and digital consumer behavior. - Ability to craft punchy hooks, value-driven messaging, and clear CTA frameworks. - Experience in working with UGC creators, production teams, or editors would be advantageous. - Capability to work effectively on tight deadlines and deliver multiple iterations promptly. - A mandatory portfolio or samples showcasing past high-performing ads. Your success will be gauged by the strong thumb-stop rate and hook retention of your scripts in the initial 3 seconds, along with the enhanced conversions and reduced CPA/CPL achieved through your creatives. Continuous improvement through iteration and performance learning will be key to your success. You will collaborate with Performance Marketers/Media Buyers, Designers & Video Editors, and UGC Creators & Production Team.
