As we continue to expand, were looking for aDigital Marketing Expertwho can manage high-performing ad campaigns, ideally with experience in thehospital, healthcare, or caregiving sector. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms Run performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI for D2C or service-based clients Strategize and align digital efforts with client objectives, especially in the healthcare/caregiving space Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics like ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CTR Conduct A/B testing, keyword targeting, copy optimization, and audience segmentation Collaborate with internal teams and regularly interact with clients to share updates and insights Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance Eligibility & Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Proven success in performance marketing and lead generation Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication skills with fluency in English Preferred background in hospital, healthcare, or caregiving-related industries Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced work environment Must have a personal laptop Must be open to working onsite from our Andheri West, Mumbai office Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shift Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Flexible schedule Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Show more Show less
