As a sales representative, you will be responsible for: Greeting and welcoming customers to our showroom, which spans over 25,000 square feet and showcases a range of furniture options. Understanding the customers’ needs, preferences, budget and style, and suggesting suitable furniture pieces that match their requirements. Demonstrating the features and benefits of our furniture products, which are made of the finest materials and crafted by skilled artisans. Negotiating prices and closing sales deals with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Processing payments and arranging delivery and installation of the furniture items. Maintaining a clean and organized showroom, displaying the furniture items in an attractive and appealing manner. Following up with customers after the sale, providing after-sales service and resolving any issues or complaints. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, generating referrals and repeat business. To be a successful sales representative at Coppice Furniture, you should have: A passion for furniture and interior design, and a keen eye for detail and quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
