We are seeking an experienced Prompt Engineering Trainer to facilitate in- person workshops for 15-20 senior-level managers at a client. This role will support the development of prompts , training content , and example use cases to help teams leverage AI for tasks like: Writing marketing copy and blog posts Generating customer communication and HR documents Creating presentation drafts and designs Summarizing Excel data with AI prompts Assisting with AI workshop delivery and customization Key Responsibilities Design and test effective prompts tailored to sales, marketing, finance, production, HR, and procurement use cases. Collaborate with trainers to prepare AI-powered training content (e.g., pre-filled prompts, tool comparison sheets, use-case decks). Create example outputs using ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, and Canva (e.g., SOPs, product launch posts, internal policies). Assist in hands-on AI workshop delivery with the CEO and departmental heads. Help draft AI usage guidelines and internal best practices for using GenAI tools responsibly. Support the creation of blog articles and presentation drafts using AI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (any field). Background in communications, computer science, marketing, or design is a plus. Experience using ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and Canva . Strong command over written English and ability to adapt tone and style across different departments. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable prompts and useful AI responses. (Preferred) Experience working in FMCG, food, or consumer products environment. Bonus Skills Experience in AI prompt libraries, GPTs, or building AI use cases for business teams Familiarity with Google Gemini, Notion AI, or Midjourney Visual storytelling or design capability using AI tools (Canva, PPT + Copilot)
