Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil and English. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests promptly. Record and update customer details in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups. Maintain service quality and adhere to call handling guidelines. Requirements: Languages: Native/Fluent Tamil + Good English communication skills. Minimum 1 year of customer service or call centre experience (healthcare/wellness preferred). Pleasant voice, good listening skills, and problem-solving ability. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Ability to work in shifts if required. Preferred Skills: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle product support. Multilingual ability (Hindi/Kannada/Telugu) will be an added advantage.

The role also includes handling routine administrative tasks and supporting smooth day-to-day operations of a Korean guest house. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file GST returns, TDS statements, and ensure statutory compliance Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and ledgers Support branch operations with billing, vendor payments, and petty cash management Oversee payroll compliance and employee expense reimbursements Assist with audits and coordination with external consultants Handle basic administrative duties including documentation, office supplies, and coordination with staff Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably with GST and TDS Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP) Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently
