I went for an interview to this comany the interview process was very smooth to finish.The recruiter was very supportive and was responding immediately to me. I loved the environment and ambience of the company. Managers are also were supportive. I am happy to be a part of copart company.

They are very Rigid in the hiring process.. I believe they should be more flexible and welcoming to the candidate and try giving a chance to the deserving candidates which should mostly be the skills which they see during the interview and not totally judging on the candidate's Resume.
