As a Sr. Salesforce Developer at HMH, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve creating custom workflows, custom objects, Apex code, and Visualforce pages. You will collaborate with other members of the development team and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that align with business needs. Your expertise in both oral and written communication in English is essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Experience in problem-solving remotely and familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and tools like Jira will be beneficial. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows, and SOQL is required. You should also be adept at building and maintaining robust Apex unit tests. Additionally, experience with Salesforce Communities and Salesforce Field Service is preferred. Knowledge of tools like Copado/Gearset for deployments, Salesforce Event Monitoring, and Datadog for application monitoring would be advantageous. Previous front-end web development experience is a plus. Ideal candidates for this role should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software, or Engineering. A minimum certification of SF PD1 or App Builder is required. You should have at least 7+ years of experience in SFDC development with Apex, LWC, Configuration, and Integration.
