The Costing Team at ENNOVI plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of product/part costing and financial reporting related to Production cost accounts. By maintaining key controls over the costing process, the team ensures the accuracy of Part Costing, providing management with insights into Production performance and variances. Collaborating closely with other departments, the Program Controlling team leverages financial and operational data to analyze Parts profitability and improve cost control throughout the program lifecycle. This includes activities such as RFQ costing validation, shopfloor data recording, cost savings project reviews, and mitigation of Production variances. Key responsibilities of the Costing team include monthly activities such as Standard Costing Maintenance in SAP, monthly accounting close and reporting, and semi-annual/annual tasks like Machine and Direct labour rate computations, preparation of annual budgets, and analysis of manufacturing variances. Additionally, the team is involved in New Product Introduction (NPIs), Parts profitability analysis, and Program Cost Controlling to achieve profitability improvement during execution phase. Collaboration with other functions is essential in driving profitability improvement initiatives and addressing manufacturing variances effectively. To qualify for this role, candidates should hold an ICWA/CA degree in business, finance, or accounting, with advanced skills in Excel and other MS Office products. A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in Program controlling or Costing engineering in the automotive manufacturing industry is required, with a strong business acumen and product cost understanding. Effective communication, coordination, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work with all levels of management in a cross-functional environment. Plant experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, and familiarity with reporting in a multiple BU/Segment model is beneficial. The Costing Executive plays a vital role in upholding financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for managing cost audit processes, supporting statutory audits, and maintaining accurate inventory reporting. Additionally, the Costing Executive conducts detailed product mix analyses to uncover cost optimization opportunities and deliver actionable insights for pricing strategies and resource planning. The position works collaboratively with finance, operations, and audit teams to strengthen transparency, enhance internal controls, and drive overall business efficiency. Key Responsibilites : 1. Product costing and annual costing run 2. Budget costing and actualisatin 3. COPA Analysis 4. PPV reporting 5. Monthe End activities 6. Statutory Audit: Assist in statutory audit processes by providing relevant cost, financial, and inventory data. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines. Address auditor queries and help implement recommendations. 7. Inventory Reporting: Monitor and report on inventory levels, movements, and valuations. Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and variance analysis. Ensure adherence to inventory control processes and documentation standards. 8. Product Mix Analysis: Perform analysis of the product mix to understand profitability and cost optimization opportunities. Provide insights for strategic pricing, product development, and resource allocation. Support management with data-driven recommendations. Key requirements Professional qualification like CMA/CA (preferred). 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
