The Design & Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing basic engineering packages,analyzing project enquiries, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors to ensure clarity and accurate project execution. The role involves designing core components of water treatment plants and validating designs as per IS, ASME, and other relevant standards. Conduct enquiry analysis and discussions with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors for better clarity and understanding of project requirements. Prepare Basic Engineering Package documents including process descriptions, mass balance, and equipment specifications. Design and validate components of water treatment plants such as pressure sand filters, SSF, clarifiers, HRSCC, and both rotating/static equipment. Ensure compliance with IS, ASME codes, and relevant design standards. Provide input to design teams for layout preparation as per existing or new plot plans. Coordinate and lead meetings with clients/consultants for approvals of basic and detailed engineering documents. Work closely with PMs and VMS systems to align engineering deliverables with project timelines.
