Coordinator(Passive Infra)

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and interpret civil drawings using AutoCAD (foundation layouts, shelter layout, fencing, trenches, etc.).
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and relevant documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for civil works.
• Develop detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Understand the civil & electrical plans provided by customer and ensure the implementation of the same at field. Any deviation must be intimated to all concerned and get deviation approval before implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures and update in company/client portal and/or applications.
• Maintain site documentation including DPRs, measurements, BOQs, and as-built drawings.
• Calculate site-wise civil cost and assist in project budgeting and feasibility analysis.
• Track actual cost vs estimated cost and report deviations
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
• Support billing, reconciliation, and certification of subcontractor bills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• B.Tech / Diploma in civil with min. 1 Year Experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drawings).

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory/coordinator role
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
